Native National Partnership Retreat Produces $50M

In 2015 the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe partnered with USGG to conduct its first ever Native National Partnership Retreat. The 5 year strategic planning process engaged 20 tribal leaders, 20 community partners and 40 federal agencies in developing solutions to address poverty, chronic disease, obesity, homelessness and more. The results of the retreat generated $50M in new funds for the tribe between 2015 and 2020. USGG brings together a team consisting of an executive coach, two grant writers, a community developer and graphical recorder to facilitate the retreats. An example of the graphical recording of conversations and planning is to the left. Contact us for more information.
